The annual Support Plan offer the comprehensive assistance that is necessary in the first year of running a new business management system. This support offers greater freedom and flexibility and is typically more cost-effective than traditional incident based support. Contracts are renewed annually and price is based on either a percentage of the replacement value of the software or a fixed price.

Our Annual Support Plan includes:

  • Includes resolution of unlimited questions or issues related to the software
  • Remote Desktop access to your server if a high speed internet connection is available
  • Questions/issues are logged over the phone or e-mail
  • Turnaround time typically within 1 to 2 hours
  • System down emergency calls are given top priority
